Returns Policy

Within 30 days of receipt of your order, you may return the unused portion of an item and be refunded the cost of the item. Full refunds (cost + shipping) are only given for items that are defective or expired.

Shipping Information for Domestic, Canadian and International Orders

Domestic Orders

For domestic orders, the PBN checkout page - your last step when ordering online - provides you with shipping options in a pull-down menu. You may change shipping options at any time, and the checkout page will update itself to reflect the correct charges.

Domestic shipping charges for United Parcel Service shipping are based on the UPS rates for the package weight, service (i.e. UPS Ground, Next Day Air, etc.) and ZIP combination, plus a packaging materials charge.
PBN Does Not Regularly Ship to HI and AK: Due to the increase in UPS shipping costs, PBN does not generally ship to HI or AK. We will do so on a case by case basis, but you must contact PBN prior to placing your order to determine shipping options. USPS Priority is generally the least expensive and we will look into this option if available.
PBN does Not Regularly Ship Orders Via USPS: Due to USPS not offering tracking services, PBN generally does not ship via USPS. For United States Postal Service Priority Mail shipping, please e-mail PBN as USPS availability will be determined on a case by case basis. APO and FPO orders must be shipped USPS Priority Mail. There is a 30 lb. weight limit on Priority Mail orders.

Delivery times for packages shipped via UPS Ground range from 5 to 7 business days for West Coast shipments to overnight delivery in the New York Metropolitan area. Orders are gauranteed to ship on the day following order placement, Eastern Standard Time (Example: If an order is placed on Monday morning, it is gauranteed to ship by the of business on Tuesday). In most cases we will do everything possible to ship your order same day, but if this is something very time sensitive we recommend you e-mail PBN directly to confirm shipping times. In the event there in not a UPS pick-up on a typical Monday through Friday pick-up schedule, but there is USPS Priority pick-up, we will ship your order via USPS to avoid further delay. USPS Priority Mail shipments usually take 2-3 days to reach their destination.

Canadian Orders

Canadian customers should call PBN's toll-free number (1-800-705-9199) to place an order. Once your shipping, billing and credit card information is in our database, subsequent orders may be e-mailed. Be sure to include your name and product description, quantity, and flavor - but not your credit card number - in an e-mail order.

Shipping charges for Canadian orders are based on USPS rates for the package weight, Postal Code, and service (Priority, Expedited or Next Day Air) combination, plus a packaging materials charge.

USPS Standard shipments to Canada usually reach their destination within ten business days.

In addition to PBN shipping charges, you may be subject to import duties and taxes, which may be levied once the package reaches Canada. Additional charges for customs clearance are the responsibility of the package recipient.

USPS charges an "Extended Area Surcharge" for shipments to a few Canadian destinations. This surcharge is the greater of $20 or $0.20 per pound. More information on this surcharge and the areas that are affected by it may be found on the USPS web site: http://www.usps.gov.

International Orders

International customers must e-mail PBN (mail to: brian@personalbestnutrition.com) the quantities and flavors of products they wish to purchase. PBN will send a reply e-mail with product and shipping costs. To complete the order process, the customer must then fax PBN a copy of a valid credit card. PBN's fax number is 1-732-782-0287.

PBN can ship to almost any address in the world. However, due to variations in customs and duties among different countries as they relate to sports nutrition products, not all products may be available in your location. PBN will check customs requirements prior to shipping your order.
